Describe your ideal run, ride or swim.
In a woods with some slight uphill and slight down hills that goes on for a bit hopefully in spring :-). Swim wise the IM swim in Klagenfurt was awesome.

What’s the best bit of advice that you would give to new runners, bikers and swimmers?
Runners don't try to do to much too soon build slowly just get out there. Bikers say goodbye to your social life ;-). Swimmers just do Open Water at least once in your life.

CURRENT WEIGHT 11 stone 4lb (2017) went back up to 12.9 down to 12.4 (2019) Oh and I cycled on a crap bike from Lands End to John O'Groats and did 3 peaks all with no training cause I can :)
Next year is the year of the Marathon PB
