Hills of Death (HOD) Should PB this 800 meters. I did not by as much as I wanted. My legs were heavy because of the cycle the day before. On fresh legs I would of hit my target time still I beat someone I wanted to did not win it though. Room for improvement. Also did a 77 sec 400 meter not bad considering. Barnet & District AC, Riverside Runners 2:50 2:50 2:39 2:50 61.37
