Bananaman Tough time getting to the race due to A3 foul up. Did not hydrate as a result as had to run to the start. (although I swallowed lots of mud on route). Pulled calf with just 1/4 mile to go :o(

Great fun running with the club and kept stopping to re-group. Met a few lady Fetchies on the way round that looked a little to clean. Lucifer (Hod) and I tried to rectify that :o) Ware Joggers 2:17:51 46.00

squiddly Sudden onset of ITBS about 2 miles in made for a miserable run. Trying to go back to training before the pesky ITB had healed landed me with PFS, a hefty physio bill and 4 months out, recovering.

Probably should've done some training for it. Unaffiliated 1:53:40 52.40

tom_craggs Only my third trail race, but made Hawkshead and Belper feel like a gentle stroll! I struggle with no recent trail running, felt bloody cold through the bogs, got filthy, loads of cuts and bruises, not a great time, but who cares - this event waas fantastic fun! Mornington Chasers, Winchester & District AC 1:10:47 1:16:50 69.44
