First boot camp after the lurgy. Modified some exercises.
extended warm-up using Catchphrase cards. Got a lot wrong, so in total 14 burpees 30s squats side lunges p/u bent-over row PJ Tabata 45"/15" 2 sets each group fast feet side lunges side ape seated row shoulder taps butt kicks (took these very easy) k2s p/u lunges hip replacements Felt quite tired halfway through and a bit shaky at times, but overall pleased with this. 11th Jan 2021, 10:42am

4:30 warm up walk then 1:30 run/walk. Will check HR data but think paces are similar from when I did this with OH before Covid. Felt weary all the way around, but tbh I think that's work rather than Covid. Beautiful day and lovely to be out. Legs are stiff and creaky. Breathing OK - bit wheezy but nothing significant. Edit: HR for previous run - av 131 bpm max 160. This one av 135 max 170. The 170 was uphill and I was aware of struggling a bit.
