At home workout: Skipping aim for 100 skips in a row, beat 63 - 64!!! And Max, the black lab from next door came to see what I was doing Shoulders/back mobility: Stood up cactus arm - spinal twists. Hips stay facing forward, engage core. X14 L+R 2sets Around the world light DB - I think you have 2kg x14 reps 2sets - if you don’t have 2kg dumbbells you can do bodyweight or tins of beans/tomatoes work well. Lying on your front, place 2 yoga block on big flat side on the floor at about shoulder distance in front, arms extended above head, lift arms over blocks rest on floor then back to starting position. Head remains facing down on floor. X14 2sets Basic Squats - feet shoulder distance apart, toes slightly turned out. 8kg KB x8-10reps 3 sets Curtsy Lunge with high knee. 4kg KB L+R x 10-12reps 3sets Bicep Curl (single arms) with 4kg KB L+R x12reps 3 sets Tricep extension 4kg KB 8-12reps 3 sets Core: 1. Deadbug Bodyweight x14reps 2. Deadbug 1DB both hand hold the weight extend as single leg extends alternate legs x12 reps 3. Deadbug 2DB same as bodyweight but using resistance x10reps Core exercises - triset 3 exercises one after each other, no rest, rest at end of last exercise. BW x14 3 sets Glute Bridge with band hold at top and push knees out - little pulses for x14 3 sets Basic Squats - feet shoulder distance apart, toes slightly turned out. 8kg KB x8-10reps 3 sets Keep practicing your deadlift. Stick bum out. Practice with broom. Kettlebell swings 8kg KB x12 3sets Deadlift with 8kg pause at bottom of move for 5 secs x10 3 sets Bicep Curl (single arms) with 4kg KB L+R x12reps 3 sets Tricep extension 4kg KB 8-12reps 3 sets Core: 1. Bear hold 8sec x5 2. Full plank tap shoulder - keep bottom down and weight over hands. X12 3. Slow mountain climber x12 Core exercises - triset 3 exercises one after each other, no rest, rest at end of last exercise. X2sets |
