About Me | |

Started running 2014 (after a brief foray in 2009). Gradually increasing mileage, three halves in 2015, first marathon (Brighton 4:15) in 2016. Three in 2017, Brighton 3:57, Geneva 3:52 and Abingdon 3:46.
Love parkrun! Two Ultras and Endure24 solo (95 miles) in 2018 Doing Abingdon again this autumn, hoping to get under 3:45 (3:50-pah!) Then for 2019, Centurion SDW50 in April and going back to Endure to get that extra lap! Only got to half of my target at Endure, SDW took more out of me than I anticipated, with shin splints and other niggles struggled to pick my mileage up again.
