Cormorant Sure enough, another Personal Worst, but this is an annual occasion for Gray and me. (Last year we had to go back when I liost my phone; this year I started feeling woozy in the afternoon.) Took the race really easy (at about 5 miles thought 'why am I bothering to do this?)', the last couple of miles along the sea were not too bad and I finished with the heel-clicking flourish I employed at the British 10K. Melksham runner Nice race, but started in the slowest wave and spent most of the race avoiding slow runners and walkers. Quite a big race (24000 runners and walkers) for the streets of Southsea. kitty biscuit 1st time that I have ever ran in an organised 10mile race.....FAB...did a PB...was very very busy,enjoyed the whole day....was a v long day even tho we only live in the Salisbury area...took 2 hours to get outta Portsmouth,despite having a latte,changing in the car,ringing my brother,mum etc etc then going for a walk and finding an Indian the roads were still choc a block...oh there was a fire in a laundrette up from where we were eating,which didnt help the traffic flow!!!
