Great South Run. 2nd PB of the year! Felt good, race went to plan, a little faster than intended at first, but it felt ok, and there's never any harm in banking a few seconds
Held it for most of the way, but definitely beginning to feel it in the last mile.
450th out of 26,000 ish, so v pleased with performance, probably my best of the year. A pancake flat course helps
