The Club - Founded in 1988. A jogging club to start with but over the years we have progressed to a full running club. We have a membership of around 100 people split evenly between men and ladies and the ages of 16 to 70+ years. We have a thriving Senior and Veteran section and compete is various local leagues in both on and off road races. There is also a well established walking section and a number of our members take part in triathlons should you prefer something different. All standards are always welcome, there will be a group to suit your speed and distance.
