STATUS 100 mile PB set at Berlin in 2021, but hoping to lower that again in 2022 at NDW 100. Transgrancanaria (Advanced), NDW 50 and some stage races part of training plan..

About Me
Running since 2008. Marathon pb - 3:35, half 1:29. Taken the step up to ultras: done Thames Trot, Race to the Stones and Comrades back to back. Did first 100 miler in June 2019. Mix of marathons and ultras over the next 12 months.
