Puffing Billy Perfect weather. Thoroughly enjoyed run apart from pulled calf with two miles left. Felt full of running and could have gone well under 1:50 if I'd had the nerve to push it harder.

tazzzman Nice sunny day. Felt pretty good for the first 8 miles. Kept up a 4:48km pace. Hilly course. Final 3 miles were a biot more of a struggle. Good race. Knee locked afterwards.

Ultra Kanga Kazzaaaaah!! Fastest for ages altho' still a long way off my best. Would have liked to go sub-2 but was way too hot for my liking and didn't want to push the legs too much with a hilly marathon to run next weekend.
