We pride ourselves on being a truly friendly bunch of like minded people who, whilst competitive, value camaraderie above all else. We come in all shapes , sizes, nationalities and ages and warmly invite anyone who has a shape, a size, a nationality , an age and is breathing to come along and join us.

We have Sportshall, Cross Country, Road Running and Track & Field sections and actively encourage visitors and first timers to come and try any or all of our sessions without commitment.
