About Me
M50s, Hampshire...used to play a lot of football, which stopped when my knees hurt more...put on some dad-bod weight and took up running for a few years but that stopped when my knees hurt even more...lockdown was an opportunity to lose the excess weight and wow I could actually run again without hurting! So really enjoying running again, it's my 'headspace' place, getting out in the countryside is really good for my mental as well as physical health :)
