About Me

Bad knees and joints have got in the way of running. Thankfully cycling still happens but not as much as I would like. Always seem to be rushing about and never actually getting anywhere.

- the only thing I seem to be consistent at is walking the dog :-)

Enjoying our new camper van and trying to get away and explore the UK as much as we can.

Loving life and very grateful for what I have - cant really complain can I?
