About me... well I am a geordie lass (or geordiegirl) I first joined fetch when I struggled with ill-health and I know it was the Fetch community that kept me going. Can’t quite believe I’ve been here 16yrs! I have finally joined the ranks of trying to become an ultra runner!!! In June 2021 I did a 100k - Race to the Castle with my ultra bud NellieJane, in June 2022 I conquered The Wall OMG it was another level the road was tough but the end I felt so amazing. Signed up to do Jordan Ultra Challenge in 2024 with Nelliejane and I’m so excited about this one. What's the biggest challenge that awaits you? Transitioning to ultra running my biggest challenge has to be working out how to fuel for long distances. I am now looking to bigger challenges - quite fancying multi day events - next up Ultra Challenge Jordan in 2024. |

wet & soggy, once out decided to give an attempt at vitual mile.
