Mandymoo Have not done much training and have only run up to 10 miles lately. want to beat my first half marathon time of 2.14.58 which was Maidstone last year (not Paddock wood)

Race was really well organised. Started off really well but had slight problem with tummy at around ahlf way mark. Had to do a pit stop which meant that my time is actually 3 mins more that it should have been but still a PB for me so am very happy. Would do again definately Unaffiliated 2:04:58 2:11:47 2:14:00 2:11:47 51.18
Micksta Started off nice and steady going for 1:18 pace, held this pace upto 9-miles, then my legs just seized up, which was a big shame really, as the race felt easy until that point.

Abit windy out there today as well, nice and sunny though and a well organised race. Invicta East Kent AC, Maidstone Harriers 1:15:32 1:22:17 1:22:17 70.95

SK aka Clive A pb! Brilliant race, pity the poor girl who fell flat on her face at about 1/4 mile out, bless her, she got straight up and carried on running. Was ok with this one until about 10 1/2 miles when my knee gave way, very painful but managed to hobble home. Ashford and District RRC 1:52:40 1:54:06 1:54:06 59.12

This time its for real! Wanted to do about 2:45 so not too bad. Was going Ok until the last 3 miles when I ran out of energy. Maybe the lack of Lucozade at the Lucozade station didn't help - just water when I arrived.
Great day with perfect weather for 1st half marathon. now aiming for 2:30 at Cardiff in October Unaffiliated 2:46:30 2:46:30 2:52:34 39.95
