Deenzy Using as a training run for FLM. Idea is to run 9 or just under min miles to see how on track we are for sub 4 in April UPDATE: A fairly tough course quite a few short sharp inclines and pretty windy on the way back. Pretty pleased with my time which is a bit quicker than I was hoping for. Car parking was a bit of a joke as were the toilets 6 for 500 people NICE! Runna I like this course, much more scenic than the Thanet 10 and with a few ups and downs to keep it interesting. Was a beautiful sunny day but a bit windy oin the way back.
