Non-runner Non-runner Lost whatever little speed I have so will just try to enjoy this and look forward to the club brekkie afterwards. Did much better than expected after I took the pressure off myself - happy with any WAVA over 60. Started at the back due to crush and took 15 mins to get through the start, still, meant I passed folk rather than the other way which was great for confidence! This has motivated me to do some proper speedwork from now on.
