Height 1.93m, Weight 105.7 kg at start of 2009, have got down to 95.0 kg by November 2009. Every race is a PB!!
Lancastrian born and bred, exiled in West Yorkshire but only 8 miles from God's Own County.
Previously a slob for 20 years before being pursuaded to take up jogging to keep fit in January 2009. Ran my first 10k in June 2009 - ironically they gave me '944'; unfortunately I didn't run like a Porsche but I did better than I expected to!
