About Me

I started running late August 2009 with the Quakers running club and weighed nearly 16 stone at the time, I'd never ran more than a mile prior to starting at the Quakers and that mile was at school (A long while ago) where i hated long distance running (but not anymore),I ran my first race September 2009 which was snape 10k, ran in a time of 57:55 and since then i've never looked back, I've ran all race distances from 5k to a marathon which i completed in may 2011 at Edinburgh!

Current Status

2012 is all about just keeping fit!!!
