About Me

I started running 3 years ago to loose weight. After losing nearly 4 stone in a year I started to do 10K races to help keep fit. I have since progressed up to 10 Mile / Half Marathon and now in training to run my first Marathon at this years London Marathon.

Current Status

A good 24.30 Mile Run today in 3 Hours, 17 Mins. Good progressive for Edinburgh Marathon next month.
