Running Grandad, built for comfort, not for speed! But determinedly working on bucking the belief that aging means slowing (at least for a few more years), using the additional leisure time from part time working to do more/better training!
Can no longer be found cycling gently to work, instead mostly commuting to my spare room across the landing, so although still mimbling around the streets and cycle paths of York my overall personal powered mileage will have dropped! 100th parkrun completed in Jan 2020 Show More...
