About Me
A runner from Darlington in the North-East of England.
In school I was the wimpy kid who didn't like sport and was always last picked for team games.
During my 20's I ballooned into an 18 stone coach potato. In 2006 at the age of 34 I took my first steps as runner, returning home after 15 minutes red faced and coughing my lungs up.
The rest as they say is history:
