Generation X Inherited a place from an injured friend, so off for a last minute family weekend by the seaside. Using this as a training run for FLM, but hoping to improve on my PB as the same time. Lisrun Should be interesting...*Update* Very, very happy to have broken 4hr at last ! Bit warm in later stages and 8m or so on concrete was hard on the feet. Got serious cramp and had to walk but luckily only 50 yards from finish at that point. Rippers Wo done it; booked, 1st Marathon for 27 years, well I need a new challenge. 17th March - trg coming on well so gonna predict under 4. - Update - pretty pleased - tagging onto Haddi 31 & YP1 for 1st half was spot on pace setting - maybe went a little too fast after turn on 2nd lap & found last 6 tough, but can still walk so fell good!
