Lisrun New course which has parts of the old course on it, but in the other direction. Looks great ! *Update* I like this new course, much more of it is off road. Still one of my favourite races. Gentle climbs and descents in the first 2.5 miles, then a bit of sharp climb up to the 3m point and then mainly downhill in the second half taking in the deer park with the deer in sight. Socks to all finishers. No wind, sunny in places and not too cold. Muddy, so pleased I wore Mudclaws.

Northern Exile Total course change from last year, much more off road than previous. Died a bit towards the end of the third mile, so didn't sneak under 46.00 like I was hoping. Still good fun though, covered with mud!

TooLilac Great fun! Loved the first 3miles of hills, then a very steep one up to the Studley Royal carpark! downhill and very muddy the rest of the way. Enjoyed the run and chuffed with the momento - a pair of Hilly socks. Am looking forward to next years race already...
