If you fancy having a go at running, come along for a couple of sessions to see how we do things. There is a large range of abilities, and you will be able to find a group to accommodate your speed and level of fitness.
If you are new to running, don't forget that everyone was new to it at some point, and other runners will be more than able to help!
The Harriers meet on:
Monday and Wednesday evenings (6:45 for) 7:00 - 8:00PM :-
In Winter indoor training takes place at Thirsk High School (Topcliffe Road) in the Gym or the Sports Hall.
All year round we train at the track at Sowerby Gateway Sports Village.
Saturday/Sunday morning social runs with prior arrangement among club members and the runs are usually of variable distances and variable locations, if your not racing that weekend.
