Originally formed as the Vegetarian Cycling Club, it was established in 1888 to demonstrate that vegetarians could compete against meat eaters on an equal footing.
Over the years we have had members of all abilities from commuting cyclists to high class competitors. Members participate in running, cycling, athletics and multi-sport.
Whatever your level and wherever you're based, we welcome all vegetarian / vegan sports people. Although based in the UK, we have members from several countries.
