About Me

I started running in October 2007 to improve my health and lose weight.

In the summer of 2008 I ran my first race, the Pudsey 10k Challenge.
In Nov 2008 I joined Horsforth Harriers running club.
In 2009 I managed to go sub-40 for 10k for the first time.
In 2010 I ran my first Marathon and get achilles tendonitis.
In 2011 I recover and gradually get back into running...
