Didn't feel well the whole run, was even sick at one point so I am amazed at the time
Mozi
Good race, great conditions, PB!!!
Ferdi
great running conditions and very pleased to pb here. Great atmosphere and organisation - my favourite 10k!
FitterStu
Went very well. The weather was cool with some drizzle and the course was dead flat so lots of opportunity for a fast time. The plan was 8:30 miles and then see what I could do over the last mile. I managed to stick to that and a fast last mile and a bit gave me a PB by 30 seconds.
baz p
pb by 47 seconds today. great weather and pancake flat course = happy days
marble
A fantastic out and back very flat race - perfect for PB! The drizzle helped!
jamborigg
Good solid race today
Boab
23rd in Scottish 10K champs and fairly pleased with my first race of 2010. Started off conservatively, then tried to pick things up in the second half. Legs wanted to go faster but there was a couple of gears missing so settled down and maintained pace to the end with a wee spurt of pace in the last 200 or so when I could hear a couple of lads closing me down fast.

In a word, encouraging!
JulesR
This went fine in good damp conditions. First 3k and last 2k in about 3:40's, middle 5k in about 4mins so overall 38:13. Went with __Andy early on but let him go at 3k to secure sub-40. Think thos shows my lower limit is about 36.45 if speed endurance, weight and conditions were perfect (but life & tri training time are too short).

Good to see a big Fetchie turnout and great to spot everyone (but where was Tigger grrr)
claramac
ACES!!!
_andy
Get in!
stickland
Cool and damp - not bad conditions for running. Started too quickly but managed to calm down and get a new PB.
Dvorak
OMG! OMG! OMG! :-) :-) :-)

:-) :-) :-) :-) :-) :-)

PB by 3:20. Really don't know how that happened. Many great Fetchie performances on the day.

Did I mention that I am quite pleased ;-) ?
awatson2
Felt a lot better today conditions and course perfect
Lexo
PB by 3 secs (phew) thought Id blown it as overran the first half and was mullered in the last 2 KM but held on. Conditions good today, like running in the rain. Lots of good performances and also great turnout,
Scottishmelbabe
Injured with a groin strain and should never have ran, but hey ho! lol
Rav
This has to be the last chance this year to go under the 42.00 min.
Went for it but just missed it...misjudged my pace
SooWoo
13 sec PB and even nicer to have done it in my home race
Comedycare
Drizzle drizzle drizzle. Poor run in my part, but very well attended and a happy atmosphere.
csc
Not going to write a prediction but training has been going well so far aiming for a PB as it's a flat, fast course. Like it to be under 55 or 55 but not over, we'll have to just wait and see!!!
Robger
pleasantly suprised...hamstring held-up better than last week....probably running at 85-90%
dougs
wet
Gun time 39:33
Chip time 39:28
Baza
No comment, under the weather, club mates did well though
May
first race since speyside and not much running last few months so happy with time felt comfortable not much speed in legs just felt steady pace
ClaireT
Slowly but surely getting back to fitness.
keyring
Perfect conditions and pb so well chuffed. Negative split too so pleased with my pacing.
Scobos
PB!!!
