2011 - As my debut year was a great experience and thoroughly enjoyable. 5k PB, 10k PB, HM PB and Mara debut. 2012 - Has been a complete shambles, work and injury getting right in the way. Lets just forget it. I did somehow get a 5k PB. 2013 - Plan on a slow and steady return (lesson learned) with a no pressure approach to training.No goals set apart from staying fit and healthy. (Failed)! 2014 - VLM 2:59:30 get in! Now to get another goal! 2015 - Shite! 2016 - Getting some miles in then a proper return to training.
