About Me

I started running in 2007 just to kick myself into shape. Entered my first 10k after a few months and have been training and entering the odd race ever since. I set myself a goal of doing a marathon after about a year and successfully completed Edinburgh 2008. I would describe myself as an average runner who runs purely for the enjoyment. I currently train 4 times a week with some gym work thrown in as well.
