Welcome to Musselburgh and District AC
We welcomes athletes of all abilities from 8 to 108. We have a number of qualified coaches and run both junior and senior sections.
We enter senior teams in cross country events and juniors in a range of summer and winter leagues. These range from fun to serious, providing something for everyone.
The senior section is made up of men and women of all ages and a broad cross-section of abilities, but with one thing in common - they all enjoy running in a relaxed, friendly environment.
The club welcomes children from the ages of 8 to 16. We have a number of qualified coaches who can teach running, jumping and throwing. For those who enjoy competition we enter teams into various indoor and outdoor leagues.

Wednesday
Juniors - the club welcomes children from the ages of 8 to 16. We have a number of qualified coaches who can teach running, jumping and throwing. For those who enjoy competition we enter teams into various indoor and outdoor leagues.
Winter training takes place in Musselburgh Sports Centre while during the summer training moves outdoors to Pinkie playing fields where we can make use of the 400m running track as well as the new changing facilities, all weather long jump pit and high jump area. Check the calendar for the exact dates of when the training is indoors or outdoors.
Training takes place on Wednesday nights at the following times:
*
Under 11s: 6:30pm - 7:30pm
*
11s and over: 7:40pm - 9:00pm
From July, once the school holidays start, the two junior sessions are combined to run from 6.45 to 8.15.
The cost is £2 per session with an annual membership fee of £15. The first night is free so children can 'test the water'. After 3 weeks children are required to pay the membership fee.
