Gem* This was a very nice race. Ran with Mick and he ensured we kept to a nice 9min mile pace so we didn't work ourselves too hard. Every hill was tough, but some nice tail winds meant that there were some easy parts too. Felt really good in the last few miles and chattaed all the way round. Think this will make the shorter races seem a bit easier - hopefully! Legs are feeling a bit tight at the mo, but nothing like i expected. Werrington Joggers 2:09:00 2:13:40 2:30:00 2:13:40 55.74

***UPDATE*** That was the toughest race I have ever run. Ran most of it with Mrs Smudger and really enjoyed the company. My piriformis flared up at start which meant i had to be cautious runnign round. Will be back to better this time next year though Lonely Goat RC 2:40:14 2:40:14 2:30:00 2:40:14 48.27
