Folksworth 15 race, took it steady and treated like a training run due to knee still been a bit sore. Paced Gem* round with a view to get 9 min/miles, ended up slightly quicker. Enjoyed race and weather better than forcasted. Ice packing knee and Ibuprofen for this afternoon and see how it is in the morning. Good turn out for WJ, and normal cakes and coffee after, Judes Weetabix cake today, very nice.
