GRC was formed during the summer of 2010 by a group of runners ranging from the complete novice to the seasoned club runner. We are therefore in the perfect position to cater for a wide range of abilities. We are particularly geared up to look after those new to running, the jogger and the charity runner for which the traditional athletic club doesn't cater for. That said, we have some fast members as well, and they are keen to develop that side of the club.
