Been running for a few years now, started to lose a few pounds and get a bit fitter - the rest as they say is history.
Joined Bedford Harriers in May 2008 after running FLM. Now running with a great group of friends that have helped me improve beyond what I ever thought was possible. I consider myself lucky to be in the shape I'm in, rather this than be a lardie!
