Slowly But Shirley Guess I should never try and race 2 x 5ks in 2 consecutive evenings! Lost precious seconds having to re-tie my shoelaces once I got underway and starting somewhere near the back, so that didn't help either! Next year I'll start a bit further up and ensure my laces are tighter!! I love this 5k ... flat with some slight downhill slopes ... what's not to love?! Friendly marshalls too.
