About Me
More than 10 years running on and off.
Run mostly around west London (Richmond, Mortlake, Putney, Clapham). I HAD the wild dream of running a marathon under 3h10 after having run my first marathon in 4h17 mins in 2003!

Since I wrote that first profile I have achieved quite a lot as far as running, having completed more than 50 marathons, several ultras and the Gobi March. End of 2008 was a right nightmare with injury, but came back in 2009 as a much more balanced and experienced runner.
