STATUS Mentally and physically exhausted

About Me
Fiercely competitive, to my own detriment usually! I'll never be fast, but I don't often give up!

I am my own worst enemy, but now i've well and truly hit my 40's I seem to be settling a little and becoming a little more comfortable with me and who I am. Still not sure what I want to be when I grow up, still collecting qualifications and pieces of paper in the hope of figuring it out as I go along!

I live in the beautiful Forest of Dean and you can follow me on Twitter over there -------->

Or on instagram as Emshepherd77 :)

Flat, smooth and barefoot. Near water is always nice, or slightly downhill!
