STATUS Recovering runaholic - as in I'm injured. Not Glute and piriformis as previously diagnosed, but hamstring - which I am working on slowly.

About Me
Trying to find the motivation to run more and rehab more, but the rest of life is either getting in the way or causing me to be too depressed to enjoy it. doing more cycling and swimming when I can is helping a bit.
