Nonny_Bunny I was quite dissapointed with how it went. I lost a couple of weeks training toward the end because of a knee injury, so hadn't done a long run for 3 weeks. My knee felt fine, but I just wasn't fit enough. After 11m I was exhausted and had to walk for a few minutes which I've never done before - in training or in races. It didn't help that they had run out of water at the last water stop, so I became quite dehydrated towards the end. Slider45 Ran easier that I would like due to next week's mara. Nevertheless, ran the last 6 miles at race pace. Very happy with time as was not aiming at or expecting a pb.
