Welcome to Sinfin Running Club
Our club is based in Derby, England. We run on Wednesday evenings throughout the year from the Rolls-Royce Sports and Welfare Club, on Moor Lane, Derby.
We meet in the Car Park at about 6.45 pm ready to run at 7.00 pm. We run in groups of all abilities running from very slow and covering just a few miles, to very fast covering up to 10miles.
After a shower, we meet up in the bar for rehydration and carb-loading (a pint and chips) in the bar, to discuss training tactics, the next race, or just for a social chit-chat.
All runners/joggers are welcome, whatever your ability.
