We are a rapidly growing club based in Cockermouth, that has doubled in size in recent years and now regularly get 40 members turning up to training. We meet every Tuesday at 6.30 and Thursday's at either 6 or 6.30 depending on your level of running and what session you would like to do. Training sessions usually finish around 19:30 although some members often continue on afterwards. Various club members also get together for runs at the week end (if you see these advertise below feel free to come and join in).For our races and other club info (such as our schedule for training) our website is updated regularly or check out our public facebook page: facebook.com
if you are on your holidays around the area then why not join us for a run. We welcome runners of every ability so hope to see you at training.

Tuesday
We meet at 6.30 at our clubhouse which is based in the carpark behind the Bitter End Pub. These are usually speed-work sessions that are coached and are suitable for beginners to experienced runners.

We split into two groups on a Thursday. The 'Improver' group meet at 6, usually for a coached speed-work or technical session.
The second group meets at 6.30 and will do a mix of sessions including speed-work, technical, tempo, steady or off-road runs.
