About Me

AKA Howard Waller. A good runner in my teens with a preference for the longer events, but shin splints blighted my 20s until I discovered cycling in my 30s. Have inevitably done the odd triathlon or two (I did my first one in 1985), and seem to be quite good at that. Have lately picked up orienteering again, after 25 years away. My favourite colour is orange.

Current Status

A "dead leg" (and a sore big toe tendon) has interrupted training again. Deferred London M and getting rather bored with cycling. Physio trying to sort it out
