F'Laps - July 5th 2025

Run your choice of distance every hour until you time out or tap out!


The challenge begins on Saturday July 5th 2025. You can start at any time you like. Sign up and go for a run on the day. Choose from four distances - 1 mile, 2 miles, 5k or 4.167 miles. You MUST check in here after each lap. Then you must complete a lap EVERY HOUR in order to stay in the challenge. How many can you do? At any point you can change down to a lower distance, or just give up and watch the telly instead. Virtual badges for participants and winners!
