Day 886. Along the river for a steady state long run today. Ideal temps, wearing a t-shirt and gloves. Pace felt good, I probably did the first 5k a bit quick, but HR was low and it makes me want to run faster. Slowed down towards the end with a higher heart rate. I'd say this is partially from the distance, I'm not used to running 25k and I was feeling tired with about 6km to go.
