Miles were 6:56, 6:03, 5:56 UD however I did have a 2% gradient assisting me on the quick ones whilst the first was rolling 1st half then 2% uphill in the 2nd.
Did my final long run yesterday on next Sunday’s course. It’s 5.25M out, 3x 5.1M loops, then 5.65 back. I did the out, 1 loop & back as far as my car = 15.6M Averaged 7:23 but ran it progressively from 7:52 down to 6:49.

Today’s 6.8M recovery run was a little longer than the planned 5.

Forgot that post was up as well UD. Thought it was odd asking about paces 😂
Managed to get round the parkruns sub 30, just. I did a practice run a couple of days beforehand to check if I’d be able to get round OK.

I have pondered how dedicated (stupid) I would be now my streak is is getting long, if I were properly injured or poorly.
I stopped a previous streak due to broken ribs as I thought the initial level of pain would remain for several weeks. It did not and then I was disappointed and had to start again!
