Out on a dog walk when another dog ran out of his garden frightening my dog who twisted me round and pulled me over. I somehow landed on my back and banged my head on the pavement. Now got a headache. Luckily my dog waited a bit further up the road for me.

Set off on my long run with full pack and bum bag but fell just over half a mile in (was day dreaming and not looking where I was putting my feet). Luckily I fell on the soft stuff and not where the half bricks/rubble is. I’ve really hurt my elbow, don’t think it’s broke but can’t bend it fully. I’ve also took the skin off my right knee. Dozy bloody mare 😂. It’s a blummin gorgeous day for a run as well 😟

Had to cut the run/walk short as the hounds were out and I don’t like running around a dog never mind a pack of them.
Won’t be going up the lonning again until it dries out a bit as all the 4 x 4s going to watch the hounds have made it a mud slide. Didn’t really enjoy this, legs were tired and achy. Usual route but opposite way round so I had the hills to get up on tired legs. Worked well as legs are shattered now. Bit quick for a long run but felt comfortable enough. Very windy along the lake.
