STATUS After an uncomfortable ten months with a heel issue the problem has been resolved and I'm back doing what I do--albeit run/walking out of continued necessity because of wretched long covid! Enjoying my on going streak.

I began running in 1978 and still at it, albeit differently in terms of pace and ability. Of course! Happy to still be out there at 76 despite the permanent injury induced slight leg disability which happened in 1990. If it weren't for that then I'd still have had a go at races etc but content to crack on along my own routes and in my own time.
