🏃♂️ Today was a run with others in memory of Steve who passed away unexpectedly the night before Chester marathon last year. Yesterday would have been his 50 birthday and today he was meant to be running a 100k race. So family & friends got together today to do those Ks for him. The group did over 300 miles and some money raised for the heart ❤️ foundation
The grass parts were a slippery mess plan was 2 hours steady and pick up the pace for the last 30 minutes with a 5 minute cool down quite pleased with this in trail trainers. RIP Steve.
